Carlos was very kind and responsive, and he always answered any questions we had quickly. The car was clean and in great condition, both mechanically and aesthetically. Finding the car and the keys when picking it up was very easy, and Carlos was also ready and willing to help us with the drop-off.
I highly recommend Carlos! By far, he has been one of the best hosts we’ve had on any travel platform.
