João was a fantastic host from start to finish. Communication was quick, friendly, and clear. He answered every question promptly and made the entire process feel effortless. Pickup and dropoff were seamless, with no surprises or hassle.
The car was super clean and absolutely beautiful. You can tell João takes real pride in keeping it in top condition. He was accommodating, flexible, and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly. Honestly one of the easiest and most pleasant hosts I’ve worked with on Turo.
If you’re deciding who to rent from, João is the one. Reliable, responsive, and a true professional. Would absolutely book with him again. Highly recommend!
