This was our first time ever using turo. Honestly. We were a little nervous trying this route but we absolutely wanted a Tesla with the newest version of FSD to drive us around in areas we were not familiar with. Carlos and Carolina were absolutely fantastic in answering my questions ( I had a lot) the vehicle was close by when we landed and all instructions were easily accessible. They were very detailed in there responses and made our trip very relaxing. Would use again with out hesitation.

Car had absolutely no windshield washing fluid in it upon pickup, which is a safety hazard and presented additional cost and inconvenience for me. And a 85 mph speed limit was added behind a passcode half way through my trip without any communication,, which presented a safety issue passing other vehicles on roads with 75 mph limit. This limit also caused FSD to react funky when FSD naturally wanted to go faster than this limit to keep up with traffic. Lastly, phone key was not given until several hours after I picked up and asked for it, which was only a mild inconvenience, but not expected; I've rented over a dozen Teslas on Turo and usually the phone key link is sent immediately ahead of pickup, so one can find and unlock the car themselves/more conveniently, as well as to stage climate control for a comfortable drive away.
However, the car was extremely clean, it functioned as expected otherwise, and my trip was overall successful. Despite these issues I would certainly rent from this Turo host again
