Tire had leak so had to fill it up twice, the car was delivered very late, seat had tears in it, windows had large square sticky stuff on it, otherwise everything was fine.
Thank you for your feedback. We’ve already taken care of the issues mentioned, including replacing the tire with a brand-new one and resolving the residue on the window. The only item we did not repair was the torn seat, since replacing it is unfortunately not practical for us as a rental business. We’ve also updated our booking policy to help avoid delays in the future — vehicles can now only be booked with a minimum notice of 3 hours before the reservation start time. Thank you again!
