No hiccups with the process of car rental as well as the car was in the condition with a full tank of gas even though the key have been damaged before my getting it it's still worked and it was well communicated with me ahead of time. All in all it was a great experience will be renting again

Host was easy to work with, but the car needs maintenance and repairs. If I’d known the state of the car, I would have chosen something else.
Your comment adds absolutely nothing of value. The vehicle has completed 10 trips, and the last 9 guests had nothing but praise for it. All maintenance is up to date and has been performed exclusively at Mazda. Perhaps you know more than Mazda's computers and mechanics.
