Renting the red Fiat was a great experience. I love the car so much I want to buy a Fiat myself and already booked another trip with them with the white one. Good communication, clean car, easy rental. Definitely book with him!

While the vehicle was priced competitively, my 33-day rental experience was highly disappointing due to the car's overall condition and the host's lack of professional accountability.At pickup, the exterior showed significant wear, and the interior was unvacuumed and noticeably dirty. The host claimed the car was clean, but the pre-trip photos clearly show the dirt. I initially chose not to complain about this to be accommodating and on a time crunch, but the lack of maintenance was evident.There were also two major vehicle issues during my trip: first The Driver's Seat: As a warning to future renters, the driver’s seat mechanism is completely broken and cannot be adjusted at all. I noticed this when picking up the vehicle but luckily for my tall frame it was stuck all the way back, that said it will be a major issue for anyone shorter. When notified The host claimed the seat worked fine, but the pre-trip photos clearly contradict this, showing the seat already stuck back with the side plastic trim visibly loose.The Door Handle: During the trip, the driver’s door handle popped out of place. It turns out Fiat 500X models are widely known for notorious door handle and exterior end cap issues, making this a clear wear-and-tear mechanical fault. Despite this well-documented vehicle flaw, the host unfortunately tried to deflect blame and hold me responsible for the failure.I recommend looking elsewhere for a rental. The lower price point does not justify dealing with a poorly maintained vehicle and a host who refuses to take honest responsibility.
