The pickup and drop off process was smooth and easy. The quality of the car was in good condition and clean. The only complaint I have is the smell. The cigarette smell still lingers even though the filters were changed. I had to put in my own air freshener but didn’t help a whole lot. I know it’s not the fault of the owner but previous drivers who didn’t comply so that’s why I’m not taking away the star. I would suggest maybe a good deep carpet cleaning would help? The smell is just embedded into the fabric. The apple car play does not work as well it would have been a nice feature. Overall I would rent again from this company.

Pickup went smooth for my first time using Turo Rental. Car was clean in good condition on the INSIDE, wasn’t pleased with the marijuana smell throughout the vehicle which was very strong and also the outside of the vehicle wasn’t cleaned at all and was extremely dirty. The gift bag and complimentary items were a nice perk those were appreciated. Would rent from this guest again in the future!

Thx for ur feedback. We’re glad pickup went smoothly, the int. was clean & you appreciated the complimentary items. For context, the “extremely dirty” exterior was ragweed pollen, which can collect within hours; check-in phtos show the car clean that morning. The marijuana odor came from a prior guest. Car was off-market for 3 days, replaced cabin filtr, and used 7 hrs of ozone treatmnt. We made every reasonable effort. Fairness, accuracy & perspective matter in reviews. wish u the best of luck.
