Low gas miles, transmission may be getting old, difficult to drive in hot weather, Bluetooth for audio not the best not the most user friendly car for woman drivers but it was a spacious clean car

Guest requested a 50% disc, both retroactively and for an extension, based largely on vehicle features-clearly disclosed before booking, Other complaints, inc fuel economy and Bluetooth, and apparently now transmission! Complaints did not accurately reflect the vehicle’s true condition. Surprisingly she still wanted to extend for 50% off! Her expectations and later communication raised concerns about future disputes. Now I see she is even willing to punish who doesn’t fall in her trap.
Pick up and drop off were seamless. The host was incredibly accommodating. Everything was great! Thanks!
