If I could give 10 stars I would! Start to finish Ed is extremely helpful, professional and communicates very well. He had the car ready to go- AC on, trunk open as soon as I left the airport. He answered any questions I had and made sure I was all set on the road as my trip was starting. Drop off was also a breeze. He is very patient, kind and personable! A great first Turo experience. The car itself is awesome so fun and turned several of us into major Mini fans! Will absolutely rent again!

Edward was great and the car was so much fun. We usually rent either something fine and forgettable or are "upgraded" to something awful that we don't want. This mini was perfect! I'm glad we chose Turo this time and specifically this renter. Our flight was 3 hours late and he still met us at the airport with the car looking like it rolled off the showroom floor and ready to go. Thank you!
