Bald tires, headlight out, picked up with 1/2 tank of gas, waited an hour past the pickup time to get the car, very dirty with sand, would not rent this vehicle again. Communication wasn’t great-he kept messaging me saying he was almost there to drop off the car and it kept extending.

Let Me Be Clear this reservation was all the way in Sarasota, vehicle was returned to Tampa airport an hour before this trip due to late return by guest. I stayed in communications with guest to let them know would be impossible to get car to SRQ and clean it and get gas before their trip start time. Still I zoomed there and stopped by vacuums to clean out car. guest said to just bring car knowing the circumstances but still being unreasonable and complained. unfortunately can't please everybody

Daniel thanks for your review but a few things, first I would like to point out that this guest complained over and over about high parking rates in which I politely informed him as a host I have no control over rates or location where it can be parked. Nothing else to be said. In regards to wiper fluid he claims to be empty, he never brought it to my attention. All fluids checked pre trip. All fluids good when guest returned. Review pending removal of violating turo policies for retaliation
