Great vehicle after repairs that were pre-existing were made, nice host, disappointing check out procedures in app. Check out options showed up after we turned the JEEP in 30 minutes before check in time.
Lawanda, I hate to hear you had a poor experience with Turo’s app functionality. Thank you again for allowing us to remove the nails in the tires and get those repaired during your trip. We offered another one of our Jeep Wranglers to your daughter due to the tire issue, but she was really liking this one! I appreciate her patience and kindness with us as well.
