The vehicle was exceptional. The lack of being able to converse with the staff was poor. We got a simple vehicle is in “lot B” when where were B1 or B2 or B3 and when searching for the vehicle, we reached out for assistance in getting more specific “lot B” but did not get communication back. Had to search all lots and when they said it was located towards the back, again, it was I. The beginning of the back lot, not at the end of the first lot. Communication was very lacking. Especially when we are/were not familiar to the surroundings.

Thank you Kevin all instructions are given before arrival sorry you txt through app instead of calling host but airport under construction you knew it before booking through if vehicle in lot b there is not specific location or letters to know which area all you have to do is understand the instructions given.
Host was MORE than accommodating. Saved me within 15 min of having to cancel with another no show host and he came to my rescue. Unbelievable service
