We sincerely apologize for this cancellation.
This vehicle was undergoing repairs following an extended stay at the body shop, and the completion date was unexpectedly delayed. Rather than provide a vehicle that was not fully ready to meet our standards, we made the decision to keep it out of service until all work was completed.
Unfortunately, we failed to extend the vehicle's unavailable status in time, which resulted in this reservation being accepted when it should not have been.

Very pungent Smokey smell in the car.
"Thank you for your feedback. We take cleanliness very seriously and did not observe any smoke order during our post inspection upon return. Out of an abundance of caution , we will have the detailer do an early deep clean to ensure it meet our standards for our next guest. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. "
