Great vehicle to haul the group. Clean and well maintenence. Great communication, easy pick up and drop off

The vehicle was provided with only 1/4 tank of fuel and an expired registration. After a flat tire, I discovered the lug-nut key was missing, so the spare could not be used. The host had the vehicle towed, but I had to coordinate the tow and arrange alternative transportation through Turo myself, leaving me without transportation for the final two days. The vehicle was not properly prepared, and host support was very limited.
