The experience was horrible. It took 40 minutes driving around the parking lot to find the car. It took at least 20 minutes before the host informed me of a more precise location. The host told me the door was open so I was looking for a beige SUV with the door open. But, stupid me, I was looking for actual OPEN DOOR, not an unlocked door. The host FINALLY gave me the license. Turns out that I looked at the car several times but, again, I was looking for an ACTUAL OPEN DOOR. And being a really old guy who doesn't understand how today's world works, I was expecting to see an ACTUAL LIVE PERSON. The host should say that in the future for STUPID OLD PEOPLE.
