The 2017 Cadillac Escalade came loaded and served me well on my trip to North Carolina. Comfortable, spacious, and a smooth ride overall. The only minor issue was the air conditioning, which occasionally blew warm air depending on the outside temperature. Other than that, I had a good experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a solid ride for their next trip!

The car was fantastic: clean, well-maintained, and drove beautifully. The pickup process was quick and easy. We did have some difficulty with the drop-off, but that was due to us, NOT Anthony. We were returning the vehicle at Philadelphia International Airport, which is quite large, and we had trouble locating the designated drop-off area.
Anthony was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the process. He even went to a different location to meet us when we were unable to find the correct drop-off spot. His kindness, flexibility, and excellent customer service were truly appreciated.
Thank you, Anthony, for your patience and willingness to help. I would definitely rent from you again.
