The door-to-door service was amazing. It made traveling with my family so much more convenient compared to finding a car in a random lot near the airport.
That being said, when we picked up the car, there was a strong cigarette odor that remained in the vehicle for the entirety of our trip. This was not mentioned in the listing or previous reviews.
Additionally, several indicator lights came on during our rental, including brake fluid, windshield wiper, and tire pressure warnings. This made us somewhat concerned and caused us to question the vehicle’s upkeep between renters.
We did appreciate the thoughtfulness of providing car seats with the vehicle, and the hosts themselves were very friendly.

Loved the car, spacious and comfortable, such a fun driving experience! Communication was so easy too. I was met at baggage claim with the keys to the rental and the helpful lady took me straight to where the car was parked. Drop off was simple too, I didn’t have to park the car, just drove to passenger drop off area and where I was met. Happy customer for sure!
