I had the worst experience with this car. A piece kept falling off inside the car and somehow the battery ended up dying. I was only able to use the car 1 of the 2 days I had rented it.

The piece that you refer to falling off was the pedal stop pad, which a small piece under the driver side dash. It broke causing the brake light to stay on and kill the battery cell.
I definitely understand your frustration but don't think you provide us a fair assessment. Unresponsive to you. We responded to you and provided instructions as to what to do.
