The car was great the only problem that I have is that there is no personal contact with Turo you don't talk to a live person. I am upset because if I knew that you had an EZ Pass in the car I would not have used mine and that resulted in me getting an additional bill from Turo and when I tried to show proof that I paid one of the charges you told me that I had to go after NJ ez Pass for my 21.00 again if you talked to a customer service representative you would know these things

Freedom is definitely a top notch car rental source. Turo errantly posted a vehicle pickup location for a Philadelphia location when it should have been New Jersey. Instead of canceling the trip, Freedom rectified the situation by going above and beyond to see that we still received our rental; my wife and I are extremely grateful as we were able to take a trip that was planned months ago 👍🏾!
