Thank you again for allowing us to use your vehicle for our family trip. I wanted to reach out and make you aware of a few issues we experienced during the rental.
Unfortunately, we did have a frustrating experience with the vehicle because the tire pressure/sensor notification continued to come on throughout our trip. In addition, whenever we locked and parked the vehicle and walked away, the car alarm would repeatedly go off, sometimes within 2–3 minutes. This happened several times and made it difficult for us to comfortably leave the vehicle parked without worrying about the alarm going off.
I wanted to bring these concerns to your attention because they greatly affected our overall experience with the rental. We appreciate you allowing us to use the vehicle, and we hope these issues can be looked into and resolved for future renters.
