Thank you, Molly! I’m sorry for the inconvenience with the tire. I believe the nail may have been picked up sometime after the vehicle was delivered, as I would never knowingly send the vehicle out with a low tire or a tire issue. I really appreciate you communicating with me throughout the trip and allowing me to help get the issue resolved. I’m glad we were able to take care of it shortly after your trip. This car was AMAZING! It drove great on the roads and it was amazing on the highway! What a smooth and roomy ride too and from for sure, would most definitely rent this one again when needed.
