JOSEPH IS AN EXCELLENT HOST AND I ENJOY THE CHEVY TRAC

The car was wonderful. I loved every moment of my trip and being in the Trax. If it were bigger, I’d look into one for my own family.

Well they would have gotten more stars if the owner would have been more reasonable! DO NOT BOOK THIS CAR TRUST ME!! First after booking and as I pick the car up I’m about to drive off owner tells me “hey the backup camera don’t work”, which was not stated in the information before booking! Then the car charging ports do not charge anything, I had to stop on my very long trip and purchase a power bank just to be able to use my phone for directions! The driver speakers does not work and all the other speakers sound terrible, so if you someone who enjoys listening to music while driving definitely stay away!! Next the gas gauge would only update after shutting the car off and on again which is so dangerous!! Next the driver tire would not come off the “low air” status no matter how much or how many times we aired the tire up! I let owner know about issues even told him we have pics and videos of all these issues and told me they could not issue refund because of third party, but Turo states of the owner agrees to an amount in messages we could reach out and they would take care of it, but owner said no! I even offered to just keep my money for filling the car back up which was $40 and we would call it even for all the issues including the one he admitted too and he still said no! Owner would rather keep $40 and us going through third party channels to fight this, then me keeping the $40 and calling it good and I would have left decent review but now since he even after admitting his fault did not want to compromise I left this review and will be reaching to third parties for my refund! I have proof of all issues if anyone wants to see before booking
