Car needed gas the moment I got in the car. I drove to hotel from airport (12 min or so drive) to unload bags and I was a little nervous I'd run out of gas. Luckily there was a gas station near my hotel. The car wasn't fully vacuumed not a major problem, but if you are looking to charge your phone in the car forget about it, CHARGING PORT DOESN'T WORK FOR ANDROID OR IPHONE. my 6yr old has iPhone 16 and me the new ultra we tried our cords and bought 2 new cords to still not work. When it snowed THE HEAT DIDN'T GET HOT. Not all the time but sometimes we were VERY cold on the car. Particularly on the snowy day. My trip was a 8-9 day trip there were about 3 days we were cold in the car. Changed my flight last minute to leave early needed to return car way before it was due. Host was very easy to get ahold of and walked me through turning it in early because the app wasn't allowing me to end the trip early. WARNING IF YOU DON'T PICK THE CAR UP WITHIN 1 HOUR OF YOUR BOOKING YOU WILL BE CHARGED $6-$20 ADDIONAL DOLLARS ON TOP OF WHAT YOU PAID. THE EXIT GATE WAS BROKEN AND I SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHARGED $6 BUT BY THE TIME THEY SENT SOMEONE TO COLLECT MONEY AND OPEN THE GATE I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN I EXPECTED TO BE CHARGED. YOU NEED TO HAVE CASH AND CARD AVAILABLE BECAUSE IF THE GATE DOESN'T TAKE YOUR CARD AT LEAST YOU CAN GIVE THE PERSON THEY SEND TO THE GATE CASH TO OPEN THE GATE VS WAITING TO RUN YOUR CARD.
