Overall, this was by far the best experience I’ve had renting through Turo! I didn’t receive the pickup message before my reservation, but I reached out to the host and he responded quickly with an apology and all the information I needed. The only suggestion I have is that the pickup directions could be a little clearer, as they lead you to a house while the car is actually parked on the street.
Other than that, everything was excellent. The car was in great condition, drove smoothly, and was very easy to drive. Apple CarPlay worked perfectly the entire trip, which was a huge plus. It was also the perfect size for two people. I would absolutely rent from this host again and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great Turo experience!
