This was my first time using Turo, and Gino made the whole experience so easy and pleasant. As soon as I booked, he reached out to coordinate the pickup. When I told him I was traveling with my daughter, a car seat, a stroller, and luggage, he was so gracious and went out of his way to make getting the car as easy as possible for me. His thoughtfulness took away so much of the anxiety I had about using Turo for the first time. He communicated wonderfully, answered all my questions, and was such a nice, pleasant person to work with.
The car was clean, spacious, and drove wonderfully. The rear-facing car seat fit comfortably, with room for an adult to sit comfortably in the front. Later, when I had my father with me, his full size wheelchair fit in the trunk with no problem. The car was also excellent on gas: after lots of driving up and down Staten Island, I only spent $35 to refuel before returning it.
I’m so glad I booked with Gino, especially since I needed a car at the last minute. I highly recommend him and his vehicle, and I’d absolutely book with him again whenever I’m back in the LaGuardia area. I’m truly grateful for his kindness and the care he showed me and my daughter.

Brand new, super clean, spacious, and extremely comfortable! The leather-style seats were really nice, and the infotainment system was one of my favorite features: modern, easy to use, and a great touch. The car had plenty of room, drove incredibly smooth, and felt great throughout the trip. Pickup and drop-off were simple, and the host was responsive and made everything easy. The car looked even better in person. Would absolutely rent again and highly recommend!
