Getting into and out of the fine lot was a challenge. Everything else was great and great response time from Susan.

Car worked well and host's communication was good. Exterior is in rough shape but did not impact driving.
Headlight was burned out and was hard to see at night. Transponder for the parking gate did not work exiting or arriving, had to call parking lot to open gate both times.

It was all good. Thank you very much. You’ll find at the gas tank is full although when I took the picture we had already exchanged the key but you will find a full tank
