Everything with pickup and drop off went incredibly smoothly and Susan was extremely helpful whenever we had any questions or concerns!

The car was not good. It smelled, and it was near end of life. It was covered in dents and not on premises as described.
Over two hours of work just to pick up and return the car and I will not do this again
The host was doing the best they could, but this was not a good experience
This car has a 5 Star Rating so my previous renters expressed a great appreciation for this car! Never had one complaint!

Relatively easy to pick up and drop off. The Outback is in good condition for its age; there were some minor items that the host will fix, but they did not impact our use of the car. Host instructions and expectations are clear, and Susan is very responsive and easy to communicate with.
