Host was very helpful the vehicle was clean drove very well comfortable space the vehicle itself was enjoyable I will rent again from this company

The car was fine the majority of the time, but when I was about 20 minutes from my destination the car cut off on me twice. It seems to be an issue with the automatic start/stop when you come to a light. On my way to drop the vehicle back off it cut off again. When it initially happened I messaged the owner and he responded quickly and let me know I could turn it off but I couldn’t get it to switch to off.

Hello Brandon, I appreciate your feedback. The auto‑stop feature on Jeeps is designed to activate every time the vehicle starts, and it must be manually turned off each time. This is standard across most Jeep models and unfortunately not something I can control. Had I known you were unfamiliar with how to disable it, I would have gladly walked you through it. Receiving a four‑star rating for a manufacturer‑designed feature is disappointing, but I do hope the rest of your experience was positive.
