I truly feel this was an unfortunate situation and I am deeply sorry for the inconvenience this caused the guest. Unfortunately the guest was only 19 years old. I have a minimum age requirement of 25. If Turo allowed hosts to implement age restrictions this would not happen. I strongly feel Turo should grant hosts the option of implementing age restrictions to prevent this going forward.
