This was a wonderful rental. From pick up to drop off everything went smoothly and communication couldn’t have been better. The car is wonderfully maintained. Highly recommend this host and this vehicle.

Even though I kept in touch with the host regarding our arrival, I had to text him several times and finally call him to get him to unlock the car. We were standing in the garage waiting for quite a while. Also, there were no instructions about how to charge the car and he didn’t leave an adapter so we could charge at the place where we were staying. All my past experiences with TURO have been much smoother.
We also needed more detailed information about where to return the car and not to use the sunpass lane because the gate opened before we got a ticket.
I’ll still use TURO but maybe not at the Fort Lauderdale airport. The rental car center didn’t seem so bad as we walked by.
