The car was great. Khanh was great. Just very disappointed that I booked this trip out of John Wayne. When we landed the car was 25 minutes away in Westminster with no way to get the car to the airport. We have 2 young children and had to put them in a $45 uber just to get the car. Completely defeated the purpose of using Turo.
Also couldn’t change the drop off to the airport so we once again have to load our kids into a very expensive uber. I wish I would’ve just went with a more expensive option of a car that would have been at the airport… where I put in my pickup and drop off destination.
Dylan, Thank you for the 3-star review. I’m glad all my efforts to accommodate you were outweighed by your decision not to verify the pickup location before booking. Airport rentals generally require selecting an airport pickup option ahead of time. Next time, reading the reservation details first might save both of us some disappointment.
