Car was excellent and a blast to drive. Car was dirty on the exterior when we picked it up but clean on the inside. Great way to experience fsd with hw4 if you are interested. Would be nice to have more info up front on how the charging works. Wasn't sure if I had to use the Tesla app or not but the car started charging when I plugged it in so wasn't really an issue. I was also confused on how the parking works for the ticket and what not but it seems to have worked out fine.
Would be useful I think to throw in a ccs2 adapter if you are in a pinch and need to use a non Tesla charger for more flexibility.
Overall just more info upfront on how the process works would be nice especially as I imagine a lot of people are renting to try out a Tesla for the first time.
Would rent again now that I understand how it all works though.

Car was fine. Service was below expectations. First the car was switched and then I was informed it was missing a hubcap, and then I was locked out of the car for 10 minutes bc Chargekey was not setup properly.

You booked expecting a smooth handoff, and instead you dealt with a vehicle switch, the missing hubcap notice, and a ChargeKey delay that left you locked out briefly. That’s on us — not the experience we aim to deliver.
