Host was great and easy to communicate with!
Andrew •
The parking lot at night was so dark. It was very hard to find the car.

Thank you for booking with us, and we're sorry the West Overflow lot at Rickenbacker felt dark when you arrived. That's an airport facility issue, so if it's a concern, you're welcome to submit a suggestion to the airport directly.
As for locating the vehicle, we made that as easy as possible, which is why we sent clear photos and step-by-step instructions ahead of time. The vehicle was parked at the end of a short walkway right by the terminal exit, Turo also provides walking directions.
Great car and host. The pick up and drop off was smooth and easy. The communication was great as well as I was not sure when I had to drop off and it was no issue at all. Would recommend renting through him
