Amazing experience! I had another vehicle reserved and an issue arose where the vehicle would not be ready. They reached out and were able to provide a replacement in the knick of time. Great communication, easy to understand instructions, and all around great experience. Easy pickup and drop off, easy to access the vehicle. Nearly spotless. I highly recommend.

According to guest, Christopher, "It won’t let me change it, I was trying to get on a shuttle to the airport while finishing the rating I apologize. I was extremely satisfied with the rental and even wrote that in the notes. Again I am very sorry and was completely satisfied with the service, please let me know if there is anything I can to do fix the rating."

We don't know what to make of this reviewvafter we went above and beyond. The pickup experience was unnecessarily challenging due to a lack of preparation and basic courtesy on her end.
We ended up spending approximately 10 minutes on the phone walking her through information that was already available in the app, explaining where the vehicle was parked, how to locate it, and how to retrieve the keys. While we're always happy to help our guests, this situation could have been avoided entirely.
