Car needs repair and renewed tags

The owner super nice and responsive when messaging. However ,he was over an hour late dropping off car. Car made a shake when putting in reverse. AC didn’t work. Hatch on back of car didn’t work. The service car light was on it. Car needs tires. Right before dropping it off at airport it acted like it didn’t want to start. Car made me nervous driving it.
