I wish that I could give a better review, however, it was a terrible experience. Not only does nothing work inside of the car. You can't get a hold of the owners. I had no cell phone service the entire time. There's no navigation there's no media. I was very unsafe. The brakes are horrible. The windshield wipers do not work. When we picked up the car, the window was open and I messaged them and then some random guy walked up who didn't speak English and pulled it out and it was like 1 o'clock in the morning. I was there with my daughter. It felt very shady. I was very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this to anybody. There's so many issues with this car. It's not even funny. I'm actually shocked that Turo allows this car to be on here. I had no idea where I was going most the time I'm not from Montana, I had to stop at a gas station and buy a map. Honestly save yourself the trouble, not only that it was extremely overpriced. The car has a cigarette lighter for God sake. I'm so disappointed in the whole situation. I tried reaching out numerous times but was unable to because of the lack of cell service. It would've been nice to be able to have navigation or something on the car like advertised. I would not pay more than $10 a day for this car it's that bad. The fact that somebody came up at 1 o'clock in the morning to unlock the car that was already opened and then I saw him in a bus stop under a blanket is extremely sketchy. I'm very disappointed in Turo for even allowing this to be advertised. I wasted almost $600 to be unsafe.

Car , cannot complain. .as described, very clean. App difficult to use first timer. Hopefully don't get charged extra since I am in airport 1.5 hrs prior to drop off time

The car quality was great, but the navigation and media functions didn’t work on the vehicle. Additionally, there was no front license plate, so I got a warning from a Montana police officer.

Qi was a fantastic vehicle host! The car was clean, comfortable, easy to find, and the communication was great throughout the trip! The Audi was exactly what we needed for our trip. I would absolutely use Qi again in the future. Thank you for helping make our trip easy, safe, and problem free!

Easy process of getting and returning the car. Location of the care relative to the airport was OK. The car was perfect for shuttling us up and down to a couple of ski mountains. The hosts were very communicative and responsive. Would definitely rent from them again.
