Car was delivered over 45 minutes late, drivers area of car very dirty, car smelled bad like smoke or something else and host tried to fix with a cardboard Christmas tree hanging on mirror, no windshield wiper fluid, back tires completely bald and very unsafe driving while raining, poor communication with host before and at end of trip

When I rented the car, i specifically requested the car to be clean but all they did was wash the exterior, the interior was extremely dirty, coffee spills everywhere, trash in the trunk, the seats had mud stains on them, i had to properly clean the car myself, as silly as it is even the washer fluid was low when i picked it up. At least the next person that rents it will most likely get a very clean car.

Your own photos do not indicate any type of dirt on the interior. I reviewed both your trip photos and my own - everything looks clean inside and out. However, you did return the car in subpar condition and I refrained from leaving you a negative review. Food for thought my friend.
