I asked for a booster seat for my kid and sent and reminder, twice. There wasn't one once we found the car. But the cars brakes were horrible, it needed oil and an oil change past by 8000 miles. I think the car needs some maintenance before being rented out again. I'm torn on if I'll use turo again since this was my first experience.. it did get me from point A to point B like intended but for the money some better vehicle up keep would be preferred.

If I could give the experience a zero I would. Car wreaked of pot, front windshield cracked, car was not available at requested time, interoir was dirty. I had to take a taxi to my destination and car was brought to me 3 1/2 hours late. Host said he would reimburse me for the taxi and never did. I could go on but have said enough. Horrible experience. He should not be allowed to rent on Turo.
