Beautiful car and an excellent rental experience overall. Charging was quick and simple, and the car was spotless upon pickup. Just a note for future renters: the regenerative braking is set to a very strong mode and can’t be adjusted due to the settings being locked, so when you lift your foot off the accelerator, it slows quite abruptly—almost like you’re hitting the brake. It takes a little getting used to, but once you do, it drives beautifully. There’s also a speed limit lock set to 85 mph, which is good to know ahead of time. Overall, I’d absolutely rent this Tesla again.
