The photo taking has been nerve racking for an older person like myself. Plus, the required confirmation at Drop Off that I am responsible for damage after the car is returned (assuming that I understand the verbiage correctly) is uncomfortable.

Those who are reading this message please be advised to set your complaints or requests to TURO we as the host have no control. As far as the vehicle having any issues mechanically is false we have over 60 cars this vehicle has nothing but 5 stars reviews. Either way we will feedback turo and move forward.
