My vehicles are ALL cleaned thoroughly before drop off. Unlike the smashed chips that she left all over the back seat. She complained the entire trip about things that were intermittent and had nothing to do with the driving experience. I drove the car to my mechanic zero problems or icons. Unfortunately, some customers you cannot please no matter what as I’ve done this for years.
