The host was friendly, communication was good, and the pickup and drop-off process was easy.
The car drove well and we didn’t have any mechanical issues. There were just two minor things worth mentioning: it had a slight cigarette smell (which I noticed because of my allergies), and the infotainment screen would occasionally switch screens on its own while using Apple CarPlay.
Overall, it was a good rental experience.
