Unfortunately the owner never stated the issues with the vehicle such as tire sensor pressure, engine light, back up camera not working, noises throughout vehicle as if it was in collision… fuel consumption was huge area of concern. The computer seemed not to work therefore 20-24 mpg was more like 5-10 mpg. I would have understand if this was stated or if the host would have reached out to warn us. To top that off vehicle pick up experience was not great waiting 30 min to unlock. The host did reach out after offering a 30 min extension however that was not going to solve our issue. The overall concern was the condition of the vehicle deteriorating throughout my rental - should have been stated and unfortunately there was no time on my end to discuss options with the host or change vehicles. The primary purpose of the rental was for transportation for my kids to and from school and work.

Vehicle never had any issues. This guest never reported anything during his trip. All this came about after he was charged for bringing the vehicle back with an empty gas tank. HE WILL NEVER RENT FROM US AGAIN.
The car was exactly where it was advertised an in good shape. Andrea, the host was super responsive. Many thanks !
