Excellent host! This was a last-minute booking, and he was incredibly attentive and responsive from start to finish. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, even on short notice. The car was clean, reliable, and drove really well throughout my trip. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and communication was outstanding. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great Turo experience!

Car had a flat tire that I could not inflate due to a damaged inlet. That's no fault of the owner. What is a fault is me having to deal with non-stop phone calls all day the next day with the tow truck and then the owner asking me to make sure his car doesn't get towed as if that's my responsibility when he didn't pick up the phone in the morning and I just followed the correct procedure according to Uber. Worst turo experience yet.
He then doesn't send a message to turo or anything to make sure I don't get charged the silly fee for refueling of vehicle I couldn't even take to a gas station. Apparently that's my responsibility to invoice correctly when I'm renting from him and turo

I strongly disagree with this review.
The vehicle was released in excellent condition. The tire concern raised during the trip was handled through proper Turo roadside assistance procedures. A full post trip inspection confirmed there was no tire damage or mechanical issue.
All communication was handled promptly through the Turo app, and I followed all platform procedures throughout the trip.
This review does not accurately reflect the condition of the vehicle or the handling of the trip.
Car was great! Clean easily accessible clear instructions easy to deal with will definitely rent from again!!
