The brakes were scrubbing really bad which was scary and the oil light came on so I wasn’t sure if it was going to run out during the duration of my trip so seeking some form of compensation

The brakes were freshly serviced, and the noise you heard was due to the rain, not a safety issue. The “change oil soon” alert is a routine reminder, not a low-oil warning.
You also returned the car empty after receiving it full. We maintain our cars carefully and addressed your concerns, so this review doesn’t reflect the true condition or service provided.
