Overall 5 star experience. The car did have a crack in the windshield, but the host communicated this clearly ahead of time and offered me a different vehicle. I chose to proceed with this one, and everything else went smoothly. The host is responsive, honest and easy to work with which I appreciate. Will definitely rent from them again!
