Host was responsive however, the listing said the car was in West Orange NJ. He contacted me later and said it was actually in Jersey City which is a 30-45 minute ride for me. I get in the car and the rear floor is covered in dog hair. The car its self was nice and was perfect for what I needed it for besides the initial issues. Would rent again
