This was my first time renting a car in a long time and my first time using Turo. I used the app because I wanted to avoid waiting in the lobby at one of the larger rental establishments for an unknown “midsized car”.
The app allowed me to know what I’ll be driving ahead of time. The host was prompt in delivering the car to me on time when I arrived outside the airport terminal. Their instructions were clear on how to return the car. A experience.
