Flat tire during our trip. Car is not well maintained and host is not available at all during your trip. I had to deal with alone pay for a new tire to be supposedly reimbursed. Never happened. Goodluck to their next victim.

Car was clean and nice!
Pickup and drop was convenient.
The car however had some vibrations on braking, and cruise control was disabled. This must be handled immediately.
Also, i think the host can be a bit more prompt in communication.
