Overall, I had a good experience and really enjoyed driving the Tesla. The vehicle worked well for my trip and, for my first time using Turo, the process was fairly smooth. My main issue was the pickup and return location in West New York. Traffic in the area can be very heavy during the day, which made getting in and out inconvenient enough that I actually returned the vehicle around 1 a.m. instead of the morning to avoid the traffic.
The vehicle was also parked on the underground level of the garage, where there was little to no cell service and the lighting was fairly dim. That made it difficult to review the pickup instructions once I was down there and also harder to fully inspect the vehicle. Once I got outside into better lighting, I noticed more of the existing exterior damage than I could initially see. Communication during pickup also could have been quicker.
Overall, though, I enjoyed the Tesla and had a good rental experience.

Great experience renting this Tesla. The location was spot on, and driving a Tesla for the first time was amazing the car is awesome. Communication with the host was a little slow, but effective nonetheless. Would definitely rent again!
