The car was great and the check in/check out process was easy. The car had a full tank of gas and had great gas mileage. Everything was in working order.
I opted for the car being delivered to me (an additional fee). Unfortunately the driver delivered the vehicle to me 20 mins late, and was 45 mins late to pick up. It didn’t end up being an issue because I didn’t need to leave right at pickup time, and I was able to find free street parking (in Manhattan) until the driver was able to arrive for drop off, but just an FYI for others using this feature.
Also, I didn’t realize until after booking that there is a fee for pets, which in my experience is unusual for hosts who list the car as being pet friendly.
